"Vivo"

"Vivo" - processes wine production waste (grape pomace, which was not previously disposed of, and many enterprises are still thrown into the fields, having a waste class of 4).

Since 2016, our company has developed and implemented unique waste-free technologies for the separation and processing of pomace, during which the grape skins, seeds and ridges are separated. After further processing of the seed, through a cold pressing process, grape seed oil is obtained. The cake and peel are processed into flour. The ridges are used for vermicompost.

Currently, the company is mastering deeper processing - into cosmetic products, bioactive additives for humans and vitamin supplements for feed (small and cattle, poultry, fish, pets) with a high content of vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants.

The Vivo plant cooperates with many travel agencies and is a popular destination among tourists.

In 2022, the enterprise processed 3,760 tons of pomace. In 2023, more than 5,200 tons were processed per season.

The plans by 2025 are to begin processing 10,000 tons of pomace (this is the volume of waste per season from all wineries in Crimea).
